Math Checker Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Math Checker. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Math Checker's mobile application and services.

By accessing and using Math Checker, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Math Checker's application if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Privacy Policy

The Math Checker Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your data, is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

3. License to Use Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Math Checker grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the mobile application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

To use Math Checker, you must create an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and must keep your account password secure. We recommend that users be at least 13 years old to create an account, but parental supervision is advised for users under 18 years old.

5. Subscription and Payments

Math Checker is free to download, but access to the app's features requires payment. We offer the following payment options:

• Subscription: Recurring payments on a monthly or annual basis.
• One-Time Payment: A single payment for a fixed period of access to the app's features.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time payment for unlimited access to the app's current and future features.

All pricing details are available within the application or on our website. Prices may vary based on region or promotional offers.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases or unused subscription periods. However, you may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

For subscription-based access, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

6. User Content

You retain rights to the content you upload to Math Checker (e.g., math homework images). However, you grant us a license to use, copy, and process your content for the purpose of providing our services. Uploaded images will be retained for 6 months and then deleted. You may request access to your uploaded images, but they will not be viewable within the app after processing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account information with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Use the application for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application
• Use the application in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the application or impairment of its availability or accessibility

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, misuse, or use for business purposes other than those intended.

9. No Warranties

Math Checker is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the app's content or the content of any websites linked to the app. We specifically do not warrant that:

• The application will be constantly available, or available at all
• The information on the application is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading
• The math checking results will be 100% accurate
• The AI system will correctly interpret all mathematical notations and symbols

Artificial Intelligence Limitations:

a) You acknowledge and agree that:

• The app uses artificial intelligence to analyze and check math problems
• AI systems can make mistakes in their analysis and calculations
• Results should be independently verified, especially for important assignments
• The app is intended as a learning tool and study aid, not as a definitive answer source
• Teachers and official answer keys should be considered authoritative

b) By using the app, you accept:

• The inherent limitations of AI technology
• The responsibility to verify results
• That we are not liable for any consequences of incorrect results
• That grades or academic outcomes remain your responsibility

c) The app should be used:

• As a supplementary learning tool
• With appropriate caution and verification
• In conjunction with other learning resources
• Not as the sole authority for academic submissions

10. Limitations of Liability

Math Checker will not be liable to you for any damages or losses in relation to the contents of, use of, or otherwise in connection with this application.

Additionally, Math Checker specifically will not be liable for:

• Any incorrect results provided by the AI system
• Academic consequences resulting from reliance on the app's output
• Any decisions made based on the app's analysis
• Lost time or resources spent verifying results

11. Indemnity

You hereby indemnify Math Checker and undertake to keep Math Checker indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses incurred or suffered by Math Checker arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.

12. Modifications to the Service

We may update the application and its features frequently, especially in the early stages of development. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application with or without notice.

13. Third-Party Links

The application may contain links to our website (mathchecker.app) for the privacy policy and terms of service. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party websites.

14. User Feedback
